We had Inception Strategies facilitate two days of sessions to internal and external stakeholders, focusing on a NSW Government Aboriginal economic related policy.The facilitator prepared extensively, asking questions of the team, providing advice and strategic insight for the day. Their extensive experience in working with Aboriginal audiences, government and potentially contentious subject matter shone through as they led the agenda, encouraging groups to deep dive into subject matter and helped us get great material with which to progress our work.
