Conference Preparation

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade engaged Inception Strategies to deliver their International Emergency Medical Conference in Canberra in partnership with the WHO.  Pre-conference activity included booking the venue, catering management, development of visitor information packs, assistance with registrations and label making.  
 

Event Management

Inception Strategies supervised the bump in and was on hand to manage the registration desk. Inception Strategies organized a traditional welcome, ran the microphones during the open sessions and liaised with presenters to ensure their their talks ran without technical hitches. Inception Strategies monitored the catering and gave some assistance to a team who organised an evening cocktail function connected with the event.
